When dealing with your data, client confidentiality is of paramount importance. Before undertaking your instruction we will request details of your appointed authorised contacts and we will only communicate with them. Forensics examinations and data recoveries are conducted in our secure facilities and reports are distributed to your appointed contacts only. For your added protection, we have a standard non-disclosure agreement that we are happy to use or we will consider any reasonable non-disclosure agreement.

When advised by you that the matter is complete, we will destroy all electronic and printed case data relating to your investigation / data recovery.
